Okay, against my better judgement, I can solve that mystery for you.
That was "most likely" a person I internally refer to as "GD-Hater-Guy who needs to see a medical professional". I refuse to use their various account names, because I'm pretty sure they are in this for infamy at this point. They are discussed at length in this post:

Their accounts usually get reported and delete within a few hours - which is why others could not find the comment in question about an hour later.
